Privacy policy

This notice covers the BRAIN HR public website and appointment bookings. Sections about assessment and account requests apply only when these forms are offered. Candidate dossiers processed in the application fall under a separate scope.

Booking

The booking button opens Cal.com, where you choose a time and enter your contact details. These details are used to arrange the appointment and its confirmations through Cal.com and the team’s connected calendar.

Assessment

Volume, seniority, constraint, current tool and optional deadline. No CV is requested.

Contact

Organization, role, professional email and optional phone number.

Account request

First and last name, work email, optional phone number, company, employee count, business address, country, optional message and contact consent. No password or CV is requested.

Attribution

UTM parameters, landing page and referrer, kept in sessionStorage for the browser tab.

The information you enter is used to review your needs, respond to your assessment or account request and arrange a conversation. Attribution data identifies the source of the request.

An account request does not automatically create access to the application. Do not include candidate data in free-text fields.

Access to information must be limited to people authorised to handle the request and providers needed for that processing. This information is not intended for publication on the website.

Retention must reflect the request’s purpose and applicable obligations. Information that no longer has a justified use must be deleted or, where necessary, moved to a restricted-access archive.
